US Government Sponsor Roles and Responsibilities

A US Government Sponsor is a user within DI2E / FVEY that is a verified US Government Employee and has an account and has access to the DI2E UNCLASS and FVYE systems. This cannot be a contractor for the government.   OR

The US Government Sponsors Role is to oversee and approve users and projects within the FVEY System. 

The US Government Sponsors Responsibilities are as follows

  • US Government Sponsor is responsible for verifying a Non-US users citizenship before submitting an Account request for the Non-US user.  
  • US Government Sponsor is responsible for submitting a request for a Non-US User account within the FVEY system.
  • US Government Sponsor is responsible for approving a Hosted Project Request submitted within the FVEY system. 

US Users Roles- This includes US Government Sponsors

  • US Users can submit a Hosted Project request within the FVEY system .   (User must have an account or access to DI2E FVYE)

Non-US Users Roles

  • Non-US Users can submit a Hosted Project request within the FVEY system.    (User must have an account or access to DI2E FVYE)
    • Hosted projects must be approved by a US Government Sponsor.

Hosted Project Roles

  • US Government Sponsor - Hosted Project Approvals
  • Project Lead - Jira Project Lead for Ticket Assignment
  • Project Administrator - Can modify the project configuration for workflows and screens, if not shared.
  • Project Approver - Adds / removes users to / from the project groups for project access.
  • Developer - Read Write Permissions within the project
  • Users - Read Permissions within the project.
